The newly formed Navigator team recently met in the historic surroundings of York’s Guildhall.

This was the first time the Navigators had met in person following the merger of Navigator’s component parts – Blue Marble Research, Pye Tait Consulting and Qa Research, so much to talk about and share!

Now a team of 50, Navigator delivers major research and evaluation programmes right across public and private sectors with particular strengths in utilities, business & skills, education, transport & infrastructure and agriculture & rural affairs and an increasing reputation for science, tech & net zero, health & social care and housing & the built environment.

Our mission is to decode the complex web of rational and emotional considerations that drive human behaviour and bring fresh thinking to the organisations that shape society and the economy.

As part of this, we've launched our Compass Briefings - a new webinar series designed to bring fresh perspectives on consumer sentiment and the nation’s most pressing issues.

Our first session is on July 14 and will share our recent research to understand the role of nostalgia and optimism bias in shaping declining trust in our institutions and led us to the brink of a fifth Prime Minister in less than four years.

The event is free, secure your place here
