Catherine Jackley

Catherine joins Navigator Insight as our In-House recruiter after a varied working life in theatre, media and, most recently, education.

Her early career saw her working for theatre producer, the late Bill Kenwright, before moving on to work on the international business side of the television industry, most notably with Columbia Tristar, Sony Pictures, Disney, and Endemol.

During a 10-year period living in Australia, she retrained as a teacher with Drama as a specialism, and following her return to the UK, she worked for many York schools in both the private and state sectors.

Beyond working hours Catherine enjoys tango classes and is a founder member of The Bluffs, a local Improv group, which has taught Catherine the importance of having a flexible attitude combined with careful listening, skills she aims to bring to her recruitment role at Navigator.
