Emma Partridge
Managing Partner - Innovation & Development

Emma spent her formative research years in London, becoming a Board Director of The Research Business International, a pioneering agency that was influential in shaping qualitative research practices in the UK, before founding her own agency, Blue Marble Research, in the mid noughties. Through creative research and exceptional client service, Blue Marble enjoyed a stellar client portfolio attracting environmental organisations, large utilities, regulatory bodies, major ‘blue chip’ corporations and owner managed start-ups. Emma brings her creative energy to Navigator, enjoying seeing the best of three former agencies evolve into something bigger and better. During Emma’s 30+ years in the research industry she has specialised in regulated sectors and public sector research – supporting clients with applied insight, often through experimental and innovative methodologies. Emma is a thought-leader in the water sector where she contributes to industry thinking about the role of customers, regularly presenting findings to senior audiences, industry bodies, and speaking at conferences. A perfect day away from work would involve sunshine, dog walks, friends and a glass of Viognier!
