Evie Fleck
Research Manager

Evie is a Research Manager specialising in qualitative projects, with extensive experience working with vulnerable audiences across a range of sectors. After earning a degree in English Language and Literature at Oxford, she completed an MA in Gender, Society, and Representation at UCL, where she explored gendered spaces in gyms through in-depth interviews and community mapping. She also has a distinction in the MRS Foundation Certificate.
Evie is passionate about the interplay between social issues and our lived experience, and has worked on a range of impactful projects, including multiple qualitative studies for Citizen’s Advice exploring the cost-of-living crisis, work on digital disadvantage for Ofcom, and managing a water company youth board project engaging young South Asian participants in discussions about culture and faith related water usage. She is also interested in environmental topics, having worked on multiple long-term qualitative projects for Defra exploring farmers’ attitudes towards more sustainable peatland management techniques.
Outside of work, Evie enjoys weightlifting, reading novels from her previous life as a bookseller, and exploring London
