Jane brings a wealth of research and consulting experience across a wide range of industries. Her qualitative and quantitative research skills are enhanced by her commercial acumen, which ensures that she really gets to the heart of the clients’ business issues.
Jane is a specialist in behavioural research, with a deep understanding of using the COM-B framework to assess barriers in behavioural change. She has deep expertise in consumer research from time working client-side for household names such as Lloyds, the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and OVO Energy - where she led the insight and research team in projects spanning customer engagement, proposition development, branding, ad testing and user research.
She began her career in the City as a strategy consultant for Accenture, working with big names such as Vodafone, GSK and Danone. Outside work, Jane is kept happily occupied by two small children.
