Jessie Reddin
Associate Director

After earning first-class honours in BA History and a Certificate in Higher Education in Psychology from Cardiff University, Jessie was soon drawn into the world of social research. Prior to joining Navigator, she worked at the National Centre for Social Research, where she managed Britain’s longest-running random probability panel and delivered projects for government departments, universities and charities.Jessie brings extensive experience in both quantiative and qualaitive research, managing complex studies across utiltiies, education, media and other sectors. She's particularly interested in research that brings forward underrepresented voices, with extensive experience working with vulnerable communities, as well as engaging closely with younger audiences. Her work has included using creative techniques such as citizen juries to explore real-world business decisions, as well as guided imagination exercises with Gen Z participants to support horizon scanning and uncover their needs and goals for the future. When she's OOO, Jessie loves exploring new parts of the world - everywhere from Mexico to Egypt to Vietnam. Closer to home, evenings are often spent by the Liverpool docks, going for a swim, (attempting to) learn Hindi, or trying out the latest local food spot!
