Katie Morris

Katie leads the Education Assessment Team, where she oversees the delivery of complex, high‑profile projects . Previously, she built a strong foundation in higher education including roles focused on academic partnerships, both in the UK and internationally, playing a key role in establishing and sustaining strategic collaborations, gaining extensive experience in large‑scale project management and cross‑institutional coordination. Now Katie manages research and evaluation projects for major national organisations, including IES, King’s College London, the Department for Education and the Behavioural Insights Team. She specialises in large‑scale data collection, most recently leading 2,000 one‑to‑one assessments for the Talking Time evaluation with the National Institute of Economic and Social Research and the University of Oxford. She uses tools such as HTKS‑R, Corsi Block, EYTN, NGRT and JMAI, and ensures rigorous safeguarding throughout all data collection, supported by her NSPCC training and strong operational oversight. Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying active, travelling, cooking, and all things art and interior design related.
