Nick How

With over 25 years of experience at Qa Research and previously Quaestor, Nick brings huge technical expertise to the Navigator team. His calm, practical and thoughtful approach to research design, management and delivery has seen him deliver major studies across the tourism and utilities sectors, with career highlights including presentations in the Houses of Parliament and focus groups in New York for British Airways.

Formely a secondary school teacher, Nick holds a CIM Professiona Diploma in Marketing and a BA in American Studies and History. He is also a member of the Market Research Society and the York Tourism Advisory Board.

Outside of work, Nick's hobbies include riding with York Rouleurs cycle club, playing in a squash league, hill walking in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and Moors, growing fruit and veg on his allotment and cooking in the wood-fired pizza oven he built.
