Nicola Charleton

Nicola plays a crucial role in managing Navigator’s new business pipeline, supporting our teams with formal procurement activities, wider new business activities and streamlining our internal processes. She’s also the main point of liaison between delivery teams and the Finance function. Nicola joined Pye Tait as a Research Executive in 2001, after completing her degree in Applied Social Sciences with Psychology. She became Head of Operations in 2025. Away from work, Nicola’s a keen walker (especially if accompanied by her daughter’s cocker spaniel, Gloria). She loves to cook and has a passion for upbeat music.
