Olivier Boelman
Senior Research Director

Olivier brings over 25 years’ experience of market and social research. He has a wealth of experience in designing, managing, and delivering national and international research projects across a wide range of sectors including utilities, transport, FMCG, and financial/professional services. His research projects have been delivered across multiple different business and policy areas including those of pricing, service optimisation and regulatory research. Olivier has extensive experience and a deep knowledge of quantitative methodologies including conjoint methodologies and segmentation research. He is also highly experienced in qualitative methodologies including focus group moderation and workshop facilitation.
After a bachelor’s degree in International Business & Languages and a master’s degree in International Political Relations, Olivier rolled into research somewhat accidentally. Curiosity about the sector — and an even bigger curiosity about people, their behaviour and what drives them — turned out to be a good fit.
Things that make Olivier happy outside of work include travel, running, skiing, playing football, paddleboarding and discovering craft beers.
