Patrick Gower

Patrick is responsible for recruiting, training and managing our team of in-house fieldwork interviewers and has been in his current role since 2020, having started with us as an interviewer in 2008.

He ensures all our interviewers work in accordance with the MRS Code of Conduct and adhere to rigorous quality standards. He manages our verbatim coding work and is an experienced interviewer in his own right, meaning he has a very strong understanding of good survey design and fieldwork practice, which he brings to bear when working with our research team and external clients.
