Rachel Brown
Education Assessment Manager
Rachel recruits and trains education assessors, as well as coordinating school assessments for our education projects. Her prior experience working in healthcare gives her a strong knowledge of safeguarding and handling data and she has outstanding attention to detail, which is critical to undertaking large-scale data collection for our education assessment work.
Rachel's experience includes supporting evaluations of the Reciprocal Reading programme, commissioned by the Behavioural insights Team (BIT), the ONE Project on behalf of RAND Europe, Counting Collections on behalf of Sheffield Hallam University, and the Early Talk Boost project on behalf of the Institute for Employment Studies.
She has a BA degree and joined the team in 2023.
