Sarah Adie

After earning her BSc in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Birmingham, Sarah spent 14 years developing a research career as a Data Analyst, using her mathematical and statistical strengths to evolve and enhance the role. She was promoted to Head of Field in 2023, taking responsibility for the Contact Centre, Fieldwork teams, and delivery of data collection projects. A key highlight to date has been leading fieldwork for Crisis, where she coordinated in-person surveys with people experiencing homelessness. Sarah brings her data analyst experience into her current role through strong skills in data presentation, analytical techniques, data security and survey design. She complements this with excellent organisation and communication, which underpin her effectiveness as a Project Manager. Outside work Sarah enjoys family time with her two young children and keeps active through hobbies such as netball and line dancing.
