Sonali Patel

Research Director

A qualitative specialist, Sonali has a passion for talking to and learning about people, with a particular interest in understanding how cultural differences shape behaviour. Sonali has led major research programmes across the globe - from exploring data privacy in rural Zambia and Rwanda, to understanding consumer broadband needs in Manchester and testing new lipsticks in Brazil. Previously at incling, she has significant expertise in using online qualitative research to bridge the gap between actual and reported behaviour.

Sonali began her career at Basis, working with clients such as Avon, BT and Google. While at Navigator's predecessor Blue Marble, Sonali played a key role in several award-winning studies - including leading research for Ofcom on digital disadvantage, which was a finalist for the MRS Inclusive Research award.
