Terms & conditions of the WSCC prize draw:

• The prize draw starts on 19th October and ends on 18th December 2026 at 11:59pm. Late entries will not be accepted.

• West Sussex residents aged 16+ invited to take part in the Your Health Matters survey who complete the survey are eligible to enter.

• Only one entry per person, per household is permitted.

• No purchase is necessary. To be entered in the prize draw, eligible respondents must provide consent during the survey to be entered in the prize draw and provide their name, telephone and/or email address so that they can be contacted if they win.

• The prize draw is being administered by Navigator Insight.

• There is one prize of a £500 VEX gift voucher, one prize of a £250 VEX gift voucher, one prize of a £100 VEX gift voucher and 20 further prizes of £50 VEX gift vouchers. The total prize fund is £1,850. There is no cash alternative and prizes cannot be substituted.

• The winner will be drawn at random using a random number generator within one month of the closing date of the draw and notified by the contact details provided.

• Navigator will attempt to contact winners by phone three times and if on record, by email two times. If contact is not made within seven working days, Navigator reserves the right to draw a new winner at random.

• Winners will receive their prize within 3 weeks of the draw being held. Where an email address has been provided, winners will receive their prize via email. If an email address has not been provided, prizes will be sent by post.  

• The decision of Navigator Insight is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Personal data collected as part of the prize drawn will be held securely and will not be shared with any third party or West Sussex County Council. You can read more about how your Personal Data is protected by Navigator Insight here.
